New Life Teen Challenge Development and Relief Program (NLTCDRP) is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization established in the year 1997 by visionary individuals who had personal and collective interest to contribute their share in the effort to transform the life of street children and youth to become productive citizen of the country. It was legally registered as a non-governmental organization on June 28, 1999 by ministry of Justice and signed operational and project agreement with the then Disaster Prevention Preparedness Commission and Addis Ababa Social and NGO affairs office respectively. It has been also re-registered in October 2009 as per the laws of the CSA.
